Reed to Run for Congress: According to GOP sources, state House Majority Leader Dave Reed will soon announce a bid for Congress in the race to replace retiring Congressman Bill Shuster.

Lamb Launches Introductory Ad in PA-18 Special Election: Democratic candidate Conor Lamb launched his first ad of the special election to replace retired Congressman Tim Murphy.

Republican Businessman Enters Crowded Field for PA-15: Republican Businessman Dan David announced he is joining a crowded field of Republican candidates running to replace retiring Congressman Charlie Dent in the 15th Congressional district.

Supreme Court Hears Redistricting Case: The state Supreme Court heard oral arguments over the state’s Congressional maps to try to determine if they violate the state’s Constitution free speech and free and fair elections protections.

Mango Ads Hit Snag: Two ads from Paul Mango’s Gubernatorial campaign are caught up in issues. One used stock video from Washington in an ad, and caught flak for his joke about raising five daughters in the other.
