PA-Gov: Hillary Clinton to Campaign for Tom Wolf: The former Secretary of State and First Lady is coming to Pennsylvania to hold a “Women for Wolf” event.

PA-Gov: RMU Poll: Wolf 57 Corbett 34: The Democratic nominee maintains a large lead in the latest survey of the race.

PA-6: Rothenberg Moves Race from “Lean Republican” to “Republican Favored”: The political prognosticating group is shifting the race towards GOP nominee Ryan Costello.

Legislative Elections Update:

HD-74: GOP nominee Harry Lewis received the endorsement of the PSEA.

“I’m humbled to learn that our teachers and school professionals stand with me in this campaign, and I am honored to receive the endorsement of the Pennsylvania State Education Association,” Lewis said. “I am committed to ensuring our children receive the high-quality education that they deserve and in order to do this, we must fully fund our schools and empower teachers and parents to make decisions about our children’s education, not Harrisburg bureaucrats.”

HD-158: Democratic nominee Susan Rzucidlo won the support of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). Their backing comes on the heels of endorsements from other prominent groups including AFSCME, Planned Parenthood and UCFW.

HD-163: Local 1069 of the United Aerospace Workers endorsed Republican nominee Jamie Santora.

“We are proud to support Jamie Santora because of his commitment to our membership here at UAW Local 1069 and all of the hardworking families of the 163rd Legislative District,” said UAW Local 1069 President Chris Owens. “We look forward to working with Jamie in the legislature and will stand with him and alongside him in the weeks leading up to the November election.”

“I am honored to have the support of the UAW Local 1069 and the hard working men and women at Boeing,” Santora responded. “I know the challenges facing working families and will work to ensure our schools are properly funded, reduce property taxes, and keep our communities safe.”
