GOP Senate Debate: Five GOP Senate hopefuls took questions last night from members of the Delaware County Patriots tea party in the biggest event yet of the crowded primary. Sam Rohrer and Steve Welch stood out.

NYT looks at PA-Sen: Speaking of.. Under the headline “Feuding Hurts G.O.P.’s Hopes to Win Senate, the New York Times profiles PA’s crowded Senate in the context of broader efforts to take the upper chamber.

Marcellus Shale: The Pa. House passed its primary Marcellus legislation, HB1950, by a mostly party-line 107-76 vote yesterday, despite Grover Norquist’s last-minute decision that it constitutes a tax.

Murphy and Solyndra: Rep. Tim Murphy is getting some time in the sun. He’s been a leading voice in the investigation of Solyndra, but he’s also taking heat over his support of similar programs in the past.
