PA-Gov: Wolf Announces Medicaid Advisor for Transition Team: Former U.S. Housing and Urban Development COO and former PA Department of Public Works Secretary Estelle Richman was named Friday to Wolf’s transition team.

Costa Blasts Corman for Lame-Duck Proposal: The Senate Minority Leader attacked the idea floated by the incoming Majority Leader that the legislature will hold a session before Gov. Corbett leaves office.
