Woman Who Murphy Had an Affair With To Run For Congress: Shannon Edwards, the forensic psychologist who former Congressman Tim Murphy had a affair with that led to his resignation, announced she is running for Congress in the new 18th district.

Dean Ends LG Bid, Enters Race for PA-4: State Rep. Madeleine Dean announced today she is ending her primary challenge of Lieutenant Governor Mike Stack to enter the race for the open 4th Congressional district.

Pa. Republicans File for Stay of State Supreme Court Maps: State Senate and House Republican Leaders filed an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court to stop the implementation of the new Congressional map drawn by the state Supreme Court.

Lewis Suspends Congressional Bid, Launches State House Campaign: Republican Andrew Lewis announced he is suspending his Congressional campaign after the redraw of the Congressional districts, and is instead running to replace retiring state House Rep. Ron Marsico.
