McCaffery CM Moves to Team Kane: Kathleen Kane’s campaign for Attorney General welcomed its newest staffer two weeks ago: former Dan McCaffery campaign manager and seasoned political operative Josh Morrow.

Coburn Endorses Feinberg, His Former Staffer: U.S. Senator Tom Coburn today threw his support behind congressional hopeful Evan Feinberg on Monday. Feinberg, who served as a staffer to Coburn in Washington, DC, is challenging Rep. Tim Murphy in the 18th district primary.

3 Years After the Stimulus, Is Pa. Better Off?: Three years ago on this day, a newly elected President Barrack Obama signed The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, effectively pumping $787 billion into a flagging American economy. Pennsylvania received $9 billion in recovery funds. Projects funded included increased education funding and money for Pa.’s highways.

Legislative Election Updates:

HD-31: We all know how the GOP gets along with Planned Parenthood. Interestingly, the candidate endorsed by the Bucks Co GOP to face Rep. Steve Santarsiero, Helen Bosley, was the interim CEO of the Planned Parenthood Association of Bucks County. Her Republican primary opponent is Anne Chapman.

HD-92: Meet Daniel Johnson (R), one of the men seeking to fill the seat of State Rep. Scott Perry (who is running for Todd Platts’ seat in Congress). Johnson, 33, is general manager at the Holiday Inn in York.

Lehigh Valley misc: Bernie O’Hare says the local state Rep. races will be a hoot.
