Philly says it won’t replace voting machines before 2020 Presidential election, state Rep. Chris Rabb files a complaint against fellow state Rep. Daryl Metcalfe over a confrontation, and Miccarelli reportedly violated House policy on retaliation.  Good morning politicos, here’s the Playbook!

Philly Says It Won’t Update Voting Machines By 2020: Philadelphia Commissioners said they will not update the voting machines used for the 2020 Presidential election to ones with a paper trail.

Rabb Files Complaint Against Metcalfe Following Committee Exchange: State Rep. Chris Rabb filed a complaint against fellow state Rep. Daryl Metcalfe after an exchange the two had following a State Government Committee hearing in which Rabb said Metcalfe threatened him.

Post-Gazette: State Rep. Miccarelli violated House policy on retaliation when he outed one of his accusers: State Rep. Nick Miccarelli violated a House policy on retaliation when he outed on Facebook a woman who has accused him of sexual assault, according to previously undisclosed portions of a House report obtained by The Inquirer and The Caucus. Despite the finding, House leaders have not sanctioned the Delaware County Republican – and there are no plans to do so.

Legislative Election Update
The AFL-CIO released its list of endorsed candidates ahead of the May primary.  They endorsed Governor Tom Wolf, Senator Bob Casey, for Congress they endorsed Brendan Boyle, Dwight Evans, Madeleine Dean, Rich Lazer, Laura Quick, Conor Lamb, and Mike Doyle; for state Senate they endorsed Lindsey WIlliams; and for state House they endorsed Jake Wheatley, Adam Ravenstahl, Dom Costa, Ed Gainey, Anthony Deluca, Paul Costa, Edward Eichenlaub, Michael O’Brien, Sean Kilkenny, jason Dawkins, Malcolm Kenyatta, Jonathan Rowan, James Roebuck, Rosita Youngblood, and Chris Rabb.
