Legislative Elections Update:

HD-131: Michael Beyer survived a petition challenge and will remain on the ballot. Beyer will face incumbent Republican Rep. Justin Simmons in the general election. Simmons has neither confirmed nor denied involvement in the challenge, which was filed by David and Linda Eisenhauer. Beyer’s mother held the seat until she was ousted by Simmons.
