Terry Madonna is a smart man. However, redistricting is far and away a much more serious problem for the electorate than closed primaries. Just ask the Pa Supreme Court and the US Supreme Court who refused to hear challenges to Pa Supreme Court’s redrawing of the grotesquely drawn PA Congressional Districts. Terry Madonna needs to go get another coffee in the faculty lounge and take a look at the absurd redistricting system in Pa.
