  1. Wow, the biggest down arrow should go to Tom Wolf’s and Ed Rendell’s SELECTED Democratic Party State Chair Marcel Groen. Under his watch apparently Democratic State Committee has become so irrelevant that their meeting this past weekend didn’t even warrant a one-line mention in PoliticsPA.
