October Jobs Report: PA Unemployment Falls Slightly: The unemployment rate in Pennsylvania fell from 7.7% to 7.5% over the past two months.

Gov. Corbett Signs Transportation Bill: The $2.3 billion legislation was fiercely fought over for much of the past year before finally passing the state legislature last week.

Pawlowski Releases Education Plan: The Democratic candidate for governor calls for restoring Corbett’s cuts, improving the funding formula, and placing more emphasis on vocational education.

PA-12: IBEW Local 5 Endorses McClelland: International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 5 endorsed Erin McClelland in her campaign for the Democratic nomination in PA-12.
