Well, we’ve got a State Supreme Court Justice getting disgusting emails from lawyers…again.
William Bender of the Daily News revealed a whole new batch of messages that Justice Michael Eakin received.
The emails are not strictly pornographic but rather a wide array of every offensive remark and ugly stereotype one can imagine.
“Some are off-color but harmless,” Bender wrote. “Others are raunchy, racist, sexist or just downright stupid.”
It’s unclear if the emails came from the Attorney General or the state’s ethics agencies. Additionally, former Chief Justice Ron Castille is upset they weren’t recovered earlier.
After McCaffery’s threats, a review was done and the man in charge, Pittsburgh lawyer Robert Byer, stated that only one of Eakin’s emails contained “offensive sexual content”.
Apparently, though, Castille wanted to know not just about pornographic emails but also those that were “off-color” or “anything that would cause embarrassment if read in the paper.”
“It’s totally bizarre,” Castille said of the oversight. “There are really strange things going on here.”
Castille’s remark is pretty much the perfect description of this situation.

Elroy, not surprisingly, you did not answer one of the logical problems that I presented to you regarding your theory. Ryan did, in fact, cite data storage costs as the reason for the change in email retention. I was working there at that time. Ryan’s decision came after at least a year or two of tinkering with the policy. People weren’t following the strong suggestions to delete the contents of their junk and “deleted” folders. People were keeping .pst files that took up LOTS of room on servers. Meanwhile, salaries were frozen and positions were not being filled. They were looking under couch cushions for money. So, yes, data storage was an easy way to save money.
Plus, if you listen to some of the knuckleheads on here, Linda Kelly — by your admission, a friend of the Governor — was all part of the Corbett Cabal. Why would a hand-picked successor of Corbett spill the beans about misdeeds of Corbett’s top prosecutors? And, in fact, if the porn emails and communications with judges (not ex parte if they weren’t about cases) were such a big concern, why would they leave thousands of them on the server?
I get that you YEARN to believe that Corbett and Ryan were deliberately and knowingly running a house of pornographic horrors. But it just doesn’t add up. None of what you say about Ryan has any factual or logical basis.

Regarding Ryan and Kelly, look at the facts. Twenty million emails destroyed to assure securing the unknown number of porn and ex parte communications intertwined on the OAG servers. Why change the internal retention policy from 5 years to 6 months? To save data storage costs?
Do you thing Fina and Company would have wanted Ms. Kelly, a friend of the Governor, to discover the porn network and level of unethical communications going on under Corbett’s nose as AG?
The point is, Ryan destroyed 20,000,000 emails including hundreds of emails that have demonstrated a level of corruption in the law enforcement/judicial area possibly never before seen in the history of the Commonwealth.

William Ryan knew that there were inappropriate emails in the servers of the Office of Attorney bGeneral.
In January 2011, Corbett was inaugurated as Governor and Ryan became the acting Attorney General. Ryan was Corbett’s First Deputy Attorney General. Ryan wanted to be nominmated as the next Attorney General, but Corbett nominated his old friend Linda Kelly to be the next Attorney General.
Ryan and friends did not want female Linda Kelly to discover the porn network inside Conbett’s Office of the Attorney General, so Ryan ordered the destruction of 20,000,000 emails.
The destruction obviously included evidence of judicial and law enforcement misconduct.
Ryan stated that the destruction was necessary to avoid the cost of retaining all the data. Do you believe that?

I haven’t seen any of the evidence against Ms. Kane. I know it’s something about a leak or something. I am cynical when I see the Press piling on though. It seems like there may be some powerful people out to get her. But – again – I haven’t followed her case closely. She should definitely resign if she is convicted – or if she was involved in this mis-use of government e-mails systems.

My understanding is that their e-mails did include pictures of children forced to pose in sexual positions. That is disgusting, IMO. Frank Fina should be ashamed – whether the pictures fall into the legal definition of child porn or not.

And the people who mis-used the criminal justice system, their State computers, a grand jury, and the Press should also be held accountable … including “Agents” working in Kane’s Office who are on blogs leaking information to the Press. There is a reason they have been PRAYING for Kane to resign. They have been HOPING to keep their disgusting racist, woman-hating material a secret. PoliticsPA requires an email address field (which could still be a fake address), but the impostor posters don’t know the underlying addresses. So, the site could easily flag changes to the email addresses used by anonymous posting handles to detect impostors.

The doctor advises her to swish sweet tea in her mouth and not to swallow until her husband is asleep. The punchline from the doctor: “You see how much keeping your mouth shut helps?”
In 2012, Eakin emailed Baxter and three other people a photo of a pig apparently having sex with a cow, with the caption, “This is how a bacon cheeseburger is made.”
In 2010, Eakin emailed a man named Tom Noonan with the subject line, “Why I failed 4th grade.” The attached photo shows a teacher saying, “An abstract noun is something you can think of but not touch. Can you give me two examples?” The kid responds: “Your t–s!” (Noonan is an attorney in Mahanoy City.)
Eakin and Baxter seem particularly close. Baxter emailed Eakin in 2009 telling him that he couldn’t make it to his office party. He jokingly told the justice to slap two male colleagues on their butts and wish them a Merry Christmas.
“And, well, Janey’s too and let me know how it was. Maybe next year we won’t have the conflict and I can slap hers myself. Anyway, Merry Christmas!” Baxter wrote, signing the email “Bax.”

More and more, people are starting to understand what really happened. It’s actually simple. Kane ran on a promise to look into Fina’s Sandusky investigation. Right there – Fina had motive to smear Kane.
Then Kane found the 20,000,000 e-mails that Ryan thought he had successfully deleted before Kane took office. You see – when Kane won, the perverts and racists and woman-haters got scared that the truth would come out about what they were doing with their State computers … so they tried to destroy the evidence.
In the e-mails they tried to destroy, Kane found the offensive, disgusting, racist garbage we are now reading about. Once she found it, Fina & The Corbett Pervs redoubled their efforts to smear Kane, who subsequently messed up and may have committed crimes.
Along the way – Fina & The Corbett Pervs committed NUMEROUS crimes themselves – funneling TONS of protected GJ material to Craig and Angela at the INKY, who were co-conspirators IMO.

The Bender article says that there will be more releases of Fina e-mails. Wonder if the much-talked-about bestiality videos are going to be made public. Or the videos of a 100 year old woman having sex. Fina apparently had some “interesting” taste in porn … in addition to his racist beliefs and disgusting views toward women.
If I am representing one of the “sting” defendants going to trial in December, I make sure that I subpoena all the racist e-mails and material that Fina and his buddies had on their computers. Then the Jury can see the people that were in charge of that investigation.

Is this the part where Ron Castille expects us to trust him? LOL … Castille, who wanted AG Kane’s job, was the person who authorized the investigation into Kane. He went on to leak confidential information to the Press and make improper public comments (while still on the Bench) about AG Kane.
Castille also used the so-called “Porngate” scandal to get rid of a political enemy (Democrat McCaffery). These paid-for investigations by friends … I mean lawyers … often produce findings that read EXACTLY the way you want them to read. Who knows what Byer did – or why.
The bottom line is that there were improper relationships between judges and prosecutors. The exchange of this vile material is less about bad taste than it is about corruption. If these Judges did not disclose these relationships with the defendants they were convicting and incarcerating, then there were serious ethical violations.
Reading all the names in Bender’s article, I now can understand why SO MANY have been on-board wit the AG Kane smear campaign.
