April 26th Playbook

Sen. Bob Casey along with three congressional Democrats endorsed Vice President Joe Biden’s presidential bid, while the former VP held a fundraiser in Philadelphia last night. Here is the Playbook.

Casey Endorses Biden for President: Pennsylvania’s Democratic Senator endorsed the fellow Scranton native just minutes after Biden officially announced his entrance into the race.

Boyle, Cartwright and Evans Back Biden: Three congressional Dems endorsed Biden’s presidential bid alongside Senator Casey. Other members of the delegation have their names on the invitation, but are keeping their options open.

Politically Uncorrected: The Biden Problem: Democrats may prefer a nominee other than Biden but may chose him anyway because he seems most likely to beat Trump.

  1. What kool-aid are you drinking, Trump can Win. Read some of the articles posted here and find out what the voters have to say about the hollow promises Trump gave in 2016.

  2. I sense that Joe Biden will spark interest in the early stages of the Presidential race and this is good. Beto O’Rourke has surprisingly not taken off and Bernie seems to be the only candidate who has energy along with Mayor Pete. The reality is that as much as progressives dislike Trump he is the incumbent and he can win. I know the pundit class has Trump written off on CNN and MSNBC but that is unwise as Trump came out of nowhere to win before and certainly can do it again.
