State Rep. Paul Clymer, a Bucks County Republican who has served in the House for 30 years, has reconsidered his decision of two weeks ago and said this afternoon he would not be calling it quits after all.
“I’ve been overwhelmed,” Clymer said of the number of people who have approached him at church, on the street, in restaurants and in supermarkets, pleading with him to remain their representative.
Clymer, 72, called reporters to announce that he has been humbled by the response and will as a result seek another term.
