HARRISBURG — Rep. Sam Rohrer will announce he is running for governor Nov. 17 at a Berks County firehouse, according to sources close to his campaign.

On Friday, Rohrer invited supporters via e-mail and his Web site to hear what he called his “decision” on whether to run during the upcoming event at the Spring Township Fire Hall in Berks County.
