WILLIAMSPORT – Former U.S. Attorney Tom Marino announced this morning in a radio appearance that he is a Republican candidate for the U.S. House seat in the10th Congressional District.

Marino, also a former district attorney in Lycoming County, made the announcement on WKSB, KISS-FM radio in Williamsport, according to the station’s Website.
