“I don’t think there is anybody in the world who believes he can get elected senator there.” 

In April, that’s what conservative Utah Sen. Orrin Hatch told POLITICO about former Club for Growth President Pat Toomey’s chances in a then-hypothetical Pennsylvania Senate race.  Now, it seems, Hatch has changed his tune.

According to Roll Call, Hatch with host a fundraiser for Pat Toomey on Nov. 17.
