Maybe others have seen this already, but gubernatorial candidate Anthony Hardy Williams may have committed the political gaffe of this election season with this new ad.
For most of its 30 seconds, the ad is a conventional spot, which mostly consists of “real Pennsylvanians” talking about what a helluva guy is Williams, a Democratic state Senator from Philadelphia. Each voter tosses a box one to the other, playing on the Williams campaign’s pledge to “think outside the box.” But at around the 25-second mark, the box ends up in the hands of a woman … wearing a Santonio Holmes jersey.
Say what you want about Dan Onorato: He wouldn’t have made THAT mistake.
