Democrat incumbent Chris Carney has $665,000 on hand after raising $235,000 in the year’s first fundraising quarter, a report filed with the FEC shows.
The congressman has raised about $913,000 so far this election cycle.
Carney, who represents the conservative-leaning 10th Congressional District in the state’s northeast corner, will face one of three Republican candidate in the fall: former U.S. attorney Tom Marino, Snyder County Commissioner Malcolm Derk, or businessman David Madeira.
PoliticsPA ranks the 10th District seat as the fourth most likely in Pennsylvania to change parties.
