Democratic congressional candidate Corey O’Brien said Tuesday that he had raised just over $200,000 to end 2009 as he tries to unseat Democratic incumbent U.S. Rep. Paul Kanjorski.
He ended the year with $109,000 on hand, his campaign said.
The Lackawanna County commissioner is fighting an uphill battle to defeat Kanjorski in the 11th Congressional District Democratic primary.
