Rep. Chris Carney (D-Pa.) just endorsed in the Democratic primary in Rep. Jim Gerlach’s (R-Pa.) seat, but he has yet to do so in the state’s Senate primary.

Even though Carney hasn’t committed, though, he’s benefitting next week from fundraising help from Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Pa.). Specter is set to appear at an event for Carney on Tuesday (the event was initially scheduled for last Saturday).
