Control of the Pittsburgh mayor’s office and state Supreme Court is up for grabs today.
Mayor Luke Ravenstahl is seeking his first full term at the city’s helm, battling independent candidates Kevin Acklin and Franco “Dok” Harris. Topping the statewide ballot, Democrat Jack Panella and Republican Joan Orie Melvin face off for the lone Supreme Court seat being vacated by appointee Jane Cutler Greenspan.
