One Response

  1. In 2009, Tom Corbett and Frank Fina arrested me as part of the PA House of Representatives Republican Caucus Computergate case. Two years later, the charges were dropped. My case in Federal Court failed this year since exculpatory evidence and the destruction of witness and profer notes were of no interest to certain state and Federal judges.

Josh Shapiro and his staff authorized payments to an outside attorney to defend the state as I tried to recover attorney fees and lost wages.

I only wish that victims of the Attorney General’s Office would receive the same respect from our judiciary as crimes in the private sector.
