President Joe Biden will make his eighth trip to Pennsylvania on Tuesday, visiting Scranton where he will make a major economic address.

Biden is expected to talk about his agenda for the middle class, while painting Republican rival Donald Trump‘s plan as one that favors the wealthy and powerful.

The campaign will focus on communicating its message on taxes and the economy directly to voters in Pennsylvania and other battleground states over the coming months. Biden will make stops in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia over the next two days after visiting Lackawanna County.

The Biden campaign has touted the fact that it has opened 14 offices around the Commonwealth, including red counties such as Lancaster and York, while the Trump campaign has yet to make a stance in the Keystone State.

“The President wants to speak very plainly about Donald Trump’s tax plan because of the stakes and the consequences that could have for ways all across the country,” said Brian Deese, former director of the White House National Economic Council.

“Overall, if you look at Trump’s plan for a second term when it comes to taxes, it is a plan that would add just over $5 trillion to the deficit,” he continued. “It would deliver the wealthiest Americans, billionaires on average, a $3.5 million tax cut and another trillion dollars in tax cuts to large corporations. It’s a plan that our economy and our country simply can’t afford.”

Biden has spoken previously that under his plan, no Americans making less than $400,000 per year would see their taxes rise, and that he would prioritize extending additional tax benefits to help working Americans in areas where they really need it.

Also expect to hear comments about abortion being on the 2024 ballot, following the controversial decision by the Arizona Supreme Court to essentially ban all abortions in the state by upholding an 1864 law.

Biden will remain in the area overnight before flying to Pittsburgh on Wednesday morning. His barnstorming tour is expected to conclude in Philadelphia on Thursday.
