While details seem to change by the day, it does appear the former Vice President plans on making stops in Pennsylvania a priority in his expected soon to be launched presidential campaign.
Reports surfaced earlier this morning that former Vice President Joe Biden will hold a campaign event on Monday at the Teamsters Local 249 hall.

Multiple outlets are reporting that Biden is expected to formally announce his candidacy in a video announcement on Thursday.
NBC News Mike Memoli reports that this will likely be Biden’s first public event as an announced candidate.
Reports have swirled back to last week about fluctuating plans involving the keystone state in Biden’s launch.
WHYY reported six days ago that influential Philadelphia Democrats including former Gov. Ed Rendell, former Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter, and Comcast Senior Executive Vice President David L. Cohen were planning a fundraiser for Biden’s presidential bid “within a day or two of his formal announcement.”
The Philadelphia Inquirer reported on Friday that Biden “is getting in” the race for 2020 and his campaign launch included stops in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia on the first day. The Inquirer reported last night that Biden’s plans were “in flux again” and rallies in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh as an official part of the launch were now in question again.
Biden remains the front runner in the Democratic primary in Pennsylvania according to recent polling. An Emerson College poll and Morning Call/Muhlenberg College poll show Biden holding double digit leads over the rest of the crowded field. Sen. Bernie Sanders is a distant second in both of those polls.

Glad to see that Joe Biden is going to run. He has the experience, qualifications and demeanor to be an outstanding candidate and president. He’s moderate and willing to work with both sides of the aisle for real results for the American people.
Killery Klinton is going to run for President again .
Biden and Sanders are excellent candidates for Dems and reflect along with the other candidates the diversity of the party. Having candidates like Biden and Sanders is a good development that age should not be a barrier. So with women Presidential candidates, progressive Presidential candidates, seasoned Presidential candidates and so on it is a good mix. Let the voters decide who should win and not preconceived notions.
