Former Vice President Joe Biden returns to Pennsylvania this week to participate in a town hall.
On Thursday night, Biden will be in Philadelphia for an ABC News town hall, moderated by George Stephanopoulos.
This will be Biden’s third visit to the state in just over one week. Last Tuesday, the former VP delivered an address in Gettysburg calling for national unity, while he visited Erie on Saturday to tout his economic agenda.
The previous week, Biden made multiple stops in western PA as a part of the campaign’s “Build Back Better Express” train tour. Sen. Kamala Harris’s last campaign visit in the state was on Sept. 17 in Philadelphia.
President Donald Trump will also be in the Keystone State on Tuesday night for a rally in Johnstown. Trump’s most recent visit to the state was in Harrisburg where he held a rally on Sept. 26. Earlier that same week, Trump held a rally in Pittsburgh. Trump was slated to meet with firefighters in Philadelphia two Sundays ago after IAFF Local 22 endorsed Trump over Biden, but the event was cancelled after the president tested positive for COVID-19.
Pence’s most recent visit to the state was when he headlined a presidential debate watch party in Lancaster County the night of the first presidential debate.
Both Biden and Trump previously participated in town hall events in Pennsylvania during September. On Sept. 15, Trump visited Philadelphia for a town hall hosted by ABC News, while two days later Biden visited Scranton for a town hall hosted by CNN.
Recent polling indicates that Biden has an advantage over Trump in the state. The Real Clear Politics Average shows Biden besting Trump by 7.1 points in Pennsylvania.
This story was updated to correct the date of Biden’s upcoming town hall.

Stephanonopoulos will make sure its all scripted in the likely event Biden’s mind will wander off script.
News spins it Bidens way of course, elect him at all costs, even if credibility of news reporters is gone.
Why hasn’t the PA Republican House majority party taken action to remove child abuser GOP State Rep Aaron Bernstine?
In one video obtained by the USA TODAY Network, Aaron Bernstine, R-10, New Beaver, Lawrence County, is behind the camera, but his hand is shown holding a cigar and offering it to his son.
When the young boy takes a puff, Bernstine tells him to “hit it harder” and “breathe in,” followed by a woman’s voice saying, “No.”
A second video has Bernstine again off camera asking his son, “What are we going to chase in Nashville?” The boy replies in a whisper, “Cadillac p-ssy,” using a vulgar term for vagina.
Trump is a sick puppy. He knows he is going to jail soon. Only the presidency and a stupid DOJ rule have kept him from being indicted.
Trump’s campaign is now officially in free fall with the Senate collapsing too. Dems are hush hush but know a landslide is looming.
