The White House has just announced that Vice President Joe Biden will be traveling to Philadelphia tomorrow with Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood.
The event will be held at the 30th Street Station tomorrow at 10:45am and will focus on the administration’s plan to upgrade the nation’s infrastructure. Specifically, Biden and LaHood will talk about high-speed rail, which they will weave into the administration’s post SOTU catch phrase, “winning the future.”
The White House couldn’t confirm whether the VP will be arriving via Amtrak, but PoliticsPA thinks it would be apropos.
