   You have no hammer to drop on me. You claim to “dabble” and have influence, yet completely fail to understand that I’m not part of the “establishment” nor involved with the big money players (you pretend to know).

   I help out a lot of candidates that the party fails to adequately support (even when they are supposedly supporting them). They are pretty grateful for my help, and not likely to care what some “dabbler” thinks.

   You seem to want me to extoll your influence against me.. after claiming you would be going after me anonymously and indirectly.

   Which is it? Make up your mind.

   You could just post your name, but you won’t, because that would prove my point that you are a poser.

   People thought I was “washed up” when I started trashing “golden boy” Sestak, but it turns out it got me a lot of business (and even some apologies from people who realized I was right).

   So, I’m sure that whatever storm you think you can bring will not even show up on my radar as a mild drizzle. More likely you will get laughed at for crying that I called you or something you said stupid months ago on a blog.

   Please send me the list of the first three people that laughed in your face for even bringing this up. Make sure you don’t forget to leave out that your handle is SpongeBob.

   I’ve called Bob Brady a traitor to the party. I can’t even think of anyone that would be considered “influential” whose opinion of me would be lowered by you crying over an insult to your anonymous posting identity.

   SpongeBob talks a good game, but his fake identity and job credentials are so inconsistent, it’s hard to guess what he’ll claim next, like running the computer network for the state senate. Maybe he’ll pretend to be privy to senate deliberations.

   I think it’s hilarious that you think you can bring “misfortune” to me over an insult to anonymous poster. I’ve repeated told my actual boss “to go f*ck himself”, and he still won’t fire me.

   The political money I make on the side is pocket change. I was actually going to give it up last year, but candidates and activists keep calling me up for access. I even had to turn down a senate candidate, due to a prior commitment in the same race. Over 90% of the accounts are free to committee people, and the pay accounts are there to cover the free accounts and my time.

17. So far – nothing from Nick Field about the fact that Frank Fina has the same lawyer as Tyron Ali – the con-man who is his Star Witness in the legislative sting case.

    That means the lawyer convinced one client (Fina) to drop all the charges against another client (Ali). Amazingly, that lawyer also convinced his one client to let his other client keep the $400,000.00 he stole from the taxpayers of PA.

    That same lawyer stands to benefit if Fina wins his $$$-driven lawsuit against AG Kane.

    That same lawyer’s wife was just hired by Seth Williams to be “General Counsel” for the D.A.’s Office where Fina now works.

I merely asked you to cite the specific clause in the Pennsylvania Constitution to support your statement and you failed to do that. Instead, you appeared to rely on someone else’s thoughts. Your credibility is now zero. You have falsely defamed those victims in the mental health community without the requested certification. Article VI Section 7 of the Penssylvania as noted in the news article above does NOT make any reference to mental stability plus I’m sure since your research relies on the opinion of a source who is WRONG proves your conclusions to be; false, factually inaccurate and place an unbearable burden who those individuals who suffer from a disability to which the United States Ferderal Government says you may not discriminate against. You are wrong, you intentionally intended to deceive members of this blog and there is no reason to believe anything further you state. You owe all mentally disabled people and those who care for them an immediate apology or are you not man enough to do it.

    Simply put, the direct removal clause wasn’t meant as an easy alternative to impeachment, as Kane’s opponents today say. It was meant to provide a means of removing an office holder incapacitated by illness, and not accused of a crime, or an impeachable offense.”

    Also, the current form was not intended to remove high rankings elected officials, like the A.G. (which was not an elected position at the time) given the list of elected officials excluded.

39. David D. I’m not sure I can find where it is written in the Pennsylvania Constitution that defines a mentally incapacitated individual and how such a person can be removed by the Senate. Could you please cite the specific section and not your interpretation of the wording but the section that states a MENTALLY INCAPACITED can be removed by the Senate. I am aware of several groups who advocate on behalf of such people that are personally offended that you made such a post.. I’m told that either citing the specific section of the Constitution or in the absence of such, should be accompanied by an apology for deliberate falsification which may cause to demean the character of such individuals. They now will monitor this blog to decide if further action should be taken.

    They aren’t following the PA constitution. They are deliberately attempting to misapply the law (designed to remove mentally incapacitated lower officials) to overturn an election of a high ranking public official who has exposed pervasive political and unethical conduct in our justice system.

    So, no need to “change the constitution” as you suggest. We need to elect officials who understand it.
