CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News have called the PA Senate for Incumbent Senator Bob Casey. 
The statewide results thus far show Casey leading GOP challenger Tom Smith 71-29.
Exit polls show that President Obama has also won Pennsylvania, and since Casey is running ahead of Obama, their calculus says that Casey will be re-elected.
BREAKING UPDATE
Tom Smith is preparing to concede defeat to Senator Bob Casey, thus ensuring the freshman Senator a second term in the Senate.
Casey currently has an overwhelming lead in the race, 56-41.

If Smith was a decent man, he could have taken that $17 million he wasted on his campaign and used it to help his own community. Stab your community in the back and karma gets you every time.
