Breaking: Sen. Casey Raises $1 Million In 3rd Quarter

Sen. Casey now has $3.75 million in his war chest.

From the PA Democratic party:

“Senator Casey has posted another strong fundraising quarter that puts him ahead of his pace from the hotly contested 2006 campaign,” said Pennsylvania Democratic Party Chairman Jim Burn. “He will have the resources to communicate his record of fighting for Pennsylvania jobs to the voters. With people in Pennsylvania and around the country struggling to recover from the Great Recession it is clear that Pennsylvania needs Senator Casey in the Senate to fight for working families and common-sense solutions to create jobs and fight unfair policies that have shipped jobs overseas.”

  1. Will the papers list the unions in alphabetical order that raise the millions for Casey?

This guy has got to go! Chaka Fattah, Allyson Schwartz, and Casey have never seen a spending bill they didn’t readily support.

  2. I wonder if Bob Casey will give some of his money to his voter base in “occupy Philly, Pittsburgh”, etc. Would love for him to lead by example and spread his capitalistically-gained, liberal-squandered wealth. But I guess that would be asking too much….

  3. Who the heck is John Vernon? Never heard of him. Preview of GOP primary. “Im craziest… no your not my policy is way crazier than yours”… then they will be accusing each other of cozying with the democrats… to… brace yourselves… work on bi-partisan measures.

  4. John Vernon all the way!!!! PA is suffering for jobs, Bob Casey is sitting like a fat cat with $3.75 million! Hey Bob Casey where are the jobs?!?!
