Callahan Tied with Dent in PA-15 Poll

Callahan Tied with Dent in PA-15 Poll

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee today released a new Grove Insight poll that shows Democrat John Callahan statistically tied with Representative Charlie Dent.

In the initial head-to-head in the race for Pennsylvania’s 15th congressional district, Callahan received 43 percent and Dent received 45 percent.  Conducted September 27-29, the poll surveyed 400 likely voters and has a 4.9 percent margin of error.

“John Callahan is well-positioned because voters recognize that he’ll fight to create jobs and grow the economy, just like he has done as Mayor of Bethlehem,” said Shripal Shah, Regional Press Secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.  “Pennsylvanians are clearly rejecting Charlie Dent’s commitment to Wall Street over the Lehigh Valley, not to mention his failed economic agenda that created record deficits and skyrocketing unemployment.”
