Josh Drobnyk, the Washington correspondent for the Allentown Morning-Call, has signed on to be U.S. Rep. Chris Carney’s new press secretary. He starts today.
He replaces Vincent Rongione, who has moved on to be Democratic state Rep. Bryan R. Lentz’s campaign manager as Mr. Lentz pursues Rep. Joe Sestak’s open seat.
