Matt Cartwright is throwing his first televised punch against Rep. Tim Holden, but it’s more playful than harsh. Watch it here.

It’s been running for a fre days now.

Cartwright is an attorney from Lackawanna County; Holden is the former Schuylkill County Sheriff and has served in Congress for 18 years.

He doesn’t have to throw the tough punches; a Super PAC called the Campaign for Primary Accountability is doing that for him. The group said it plans to spend $200,000 knocking Holden when all is said and done (here’s their first ad).
