Corbett Returns to the Scene of the Property Tax Hike

Harrisburg, PA – Today, Tom Corbett will visit Shaler, where he voted for a 20 percent property tax increase. Corbett’s visit comes on the heels of the revelation of his plan to hit Pennsylvania workers with a $3 billion tax.

“Today, Tom Corbett returns to the scene of his 20 percent property tax just weeks after he proposed another costly tax on middle class Pennsylvanians,” said Mark Nicastre a spokesman with the Pennsylvania Democratic Party. “The people of Shaler already know about Corbett’s dangerous taxes that hit middle class Pennsylvanians and the people of Pennsylvania know they can’t afford Corbett’s $3 billion tax on Pennsylvanian workers.”
