Dean Cruises to PA4 Win

State Rep. Madeleine Dean likely will represent Montgomery County after a statement win in the new 4th Congressional district.

Pennsylvania may soon lose the ignominious designation as the largest state with an all-male congressional delegation.

She defeated CeaseFirePA Executive Director Shira Goodman, and former Congressman Joe Hoeffel in the primary with over 74% of the vote at writing.

Dean will face Republican Daniel David in the general election.

  2. That’s a blowout. The district is solidly Dem for the fall. 25% more Dems than R’s.
