Judge Alice Dubow can tally another endorsement to her list after the announcement of Senator Bob Casey’s support.  Casey’s endorsement comes just days before the primary election on May 19.

“Judge Alice Dubow has earned a stellar reputation as a practicing lawyer, city solicitor in Philadelphia and then as a Judge for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas,” Casey noted. “This broad base of experience has prepared her well to serve on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. She has the integrity and experience to serve with distinction on the Superior Court.”

Judge Dubow has also earned the endorsements of other well-known public officials (Governor Ed Rendell, Mayor Michael Nutter, and Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald), along with a recent endorsement from the Montgomery County Democratic Committee, and other organizations (Americans for Democratic Action, Keystone Progress PAC, and the Guardian Civic League).

Currently presiding on the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Judge Dubow has been serving since her election in 2007.

Judge Dubow was recommended by the PA Bar Association for “possess[ing] a broad array of experience in insurance defense work, commercial litigation, tax work for the city and in private practice…She is recognized as a team player, very professional, thorough, and hard working.”

With this endorsement also came the announcement of Judge Dubow’s first commercial, which is titled “Alice Dubow’s Experience.” The 15-second spot touts the Judge’s experience protecting children on the bench.
