The Citizens Alliance for Pennsylvania, a group seeking to enact school vouchers and other conservative policies, announced today that it will target a Democrat.
The move is a drastic departure from CAP’s long-held practice of attacking Republicans; they’ve boosted over a dozen GOP primary challengers this cycle alone.
“All this time we’ve been going after Republicans, it turns out things like voting against school vouchers and liquor store privatization are actually Democratic caucus policy,” said spokesman Leo Knepper.
The group will target Sen. John Wozniak (D-Cambria).
“The idea of going after Democrats is still new to us, so we decided to target the most conservative one first” Knepper said, noting Wozniak’s 0 score from environmentalists groups on Marcellus shale votes.

Why not target Dominc Pileggi the RINO majority leader. His supporters are the establishment and liberal special interests groups
This group is filled with a bunch of jokes. That’s smart you guys, go after moderate Republicans in favor of liberal Democrats. Leo Knepper = Joke
This group really should be hammering the joke of a democratic caucus.
