  1. Saw the article about counties most dropping criminal charges. Mercer County DA, Miles Karson, tried that, but the presiding judge reminded him that he is the criminal defendant and could not do that.

  2. Costello is a fraud. One needs to look no further than his actual votes in Congress. He is doing this to build a brand for MSNBC. He will do whatever it takes to make money. I am a Dem who has followed this fraud for quite a while.

  3. Former Rep Costello is only “keeping it real” by focusing the reluctance of the Republican Party on climate change to say it’s an impediment to reaching younger voters. He is clearly stating the obvious but doing so rightly and with sincerity. We recently saw the release of Val D’s “Contract Against Pennsylvania” where he passes off as wisdom warmed up left overs from the Newt Gingrich era. You would think a centerist state like Pa that saw a thumping of the Republican candidate for governor by a Democrat that equaled more liberal leaning states would cause Republican chieftains to pause but nope! Trot out the golden oldies greatest hits from the Newt Gingrich era and off we go to the next election we go!

    1. As for the overall direction of the GOP in PA, they are caught in between. Like the rest of the GOP, they are now a wholly owned subsidiary of the Trump organization but when they use their brains, they know it will not end well. Thus, trying to weave in the messaging from 94. BTW – back then the GOP was still sane.
