The order that prevented the release of sexually explicit emails in the Attorney General’s office has now been lifted.
According to Brad Bumsted and Melissa Daniels of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Cambria County Judge Norman Krumenacker has reversed his previous order.
Therefore, the decision of whether to release these emails now rests with Attorney General Kathleen Kane.
The existence of these emails first came to light during Greg Moulton’s review of the handling of the Jerry Sandusky investigation.
The Tribune-Review and other media outlets have filed requests under the state’s Right-to-Know Law to gain access to these messages.
Suffice to say, the possibly explicit revelations of what government employees are doing and saying during work hours (and on work computers) could prove quite embarrassing to the entire Commonwealth.

Fina, he doesn’t walk, he slithers.
You wanna talk about inappropriate. What about Senior prosecutors in Kane’s attorney general office allegedly banging their secretary’s’? What about Kane’s alleged affairs with staffers? No wonder she had her divorce proceedings sealed . All you members of the media, do the right thing and ask the court to unseal the proceedings.
Attorney General Kane must release the redacted porno emails to protect the entire law enforcement/judicial system in PA.
The porno emails could be used to bribe officials. This is a serious issue and could impact all citizens. The truth be told!!!
Why did Kane ask Judge Krumenacker to only release Fina’s e-mails? I know why. Because plenty of her staff and well connected Democrats were part of these Joke e-mails. Possibly even elected officials and maybe even a few big big big time Democrat Judges, if you know what I mean. Release all the e-mails Judge. Pa politics, you guys should report the whole story.
Thanks to J. C. from my fox Philly, Someone is finally looking into the cover up and crashing of 3 state cars while intoxicated by Kane’s sister.
It may not be up to Mrs. Kane:
“Krumenacker’s ruling can be appealed to state appellate courts. It’s unclear whether that will happen.”

Anyone who knows Fina thinks he is all over those emails. Can’t wait to see the shoe on the other foot – couldn’t happen to a nicer guy!
I think if there are racy emails from Fina, they should definitely be released. Fina filed a motion to keep the emails secret. IF he had any racy emails, then it represents a conflict of interest and he tied up court/taxpayer dollars to hide his own embarrassments.
As Zeus would say…..
Release the Krakken !!!
