One Response

  1. King Scarnati designed these gerrymandered congressional districts that the State Supreme Court wisely struck down for a reason–to elect Republicans! Now we have a newly created District by PA Supreme Court–PA 8 that is geared more favorably to Dems than the District Lou Barletta left behind. Lou caught lighting in a bottle years ago catching Kanjorski at the right time and running with his immigration issues but that was then and this is now. All these years later Lou is all tangled up with Trump and Trump is tanking in Pa. So you have PA 8 a Dem district no matter that some “R” from Washington says and you have a guy who is closely identified with Trump. Timing is off for Lou and Pa 8. If he wants to spend donors money taking a chance and running for PA 8 so be it but it is all uphill for him in 2020.
