Legislation that would move the online health insurance exchange from the federal government to the state has support from both sides of the aisle. Here is the Playbook.

Tomlinson To Introduce Legislation Addressing Skill Games: Those who oppose the skill games cite statistics that show it’ll take away funds from the state lottery that funds programs for seniors, while those in favor, including former Congressman Tom Marino, cite a poll that says the two can coexist.

  1. Shifting the online medical insurance market from federal to State is a stupid idea. Did they never learn of economies of scale? What about people who move to another State? Why create another State bureaucracy?
