Kane Hires New Communications Director

Kathleen-Kane-portrait1The office of Attorney General Kathleen Kane announced today that Aaron Sadler will join the staff as Communications Director.

The news comes a month after the addition of three new staffers, including Chief of Staff Blake Rutherford.

Sadler’s previous work includes working as a print journalist for Stephens Media, covering the fields of government and politics for over a decade. Most recently, he was the Chief Administrative Officer of the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office, and before that, he was the office’s Director of Media Relations and Press Secretary.

While working in Arkansas, he is credited with redesigning the office’s digital infrastructure, enhancing the office’s social media effectiveness, and also helped lead the launch of a wide-ranging Consumer Protection initiative and website called “Got Your Back Arkansas.”

“Aaron’s enthusiasm for public service and experience in state government and law enforcement communications make him an excellent addition to our senior staff,” Attorney General Kane said.
