Lancaster County Commissioner Craig Lehman announced he is entering the race for Lieutenant Governor, adding another candidate to the growing list of candidates challenging Lieutenant Governor Mike Stack.
“Today more than ever, given the political environment, I want to be part of a positive change and I think that can only be done if someone is willing to try to set the right example and try to work for all of Pennsylvania,” Lehman said according to LNP.
Lehman served in the Navy for four years before attending Shippensburg University for undergrad, and Penn State for a master’s degree in policy analysis, and was elected to the Lancaster County Council in 2007. Lehman was also the president of the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania, which helped him decide he could run for Lieutenant Governor.
Much like Governor Tom Wolf, Lehman said he would continue to live at his current residence and commute to Harrisburg, rather than live in the Lieutenant Governor’s mansion. Wolf currently commutes from his home in York to Harrisburg.
Aryanna Berringer, and Chester County Commissioner Kathi Cozzone, and Braddock Mayor John Fetterman have all entered the race to challenge Stack. State Representative Madeleine Dean (D-Montgomery) is also considering a run.

If this was a Republican administration, Argall would have never introduced his bill.
I don’t know. Fetterman becomes the one to beat, given that he will very likely bring the vast majority of Berners. None of these others seems to have a vast majority of any large subset of Dem primary voters. My money is on Fetterman so far.
Who? ????
A lot of people sure want the job that all of Stack’s critics say should be eliminated.
