As a Democratic State Committeewoman, a State Executive Board member, and an American of Eastern European descent, I am appalled to see ethnic insults against an excellent candidate like Brad Koplinski, and respected public official Ed Pawlowski, posted on a reputable site like PoliticsPA. This is 2014, not 1914. Can we please leave the tired old racial and ethnic slurs behind?
Brad Koplinski has done his homework and has worked the hardest by criss-crossing the state to meet with local people. He deserves to be elected. His work ethic and intelligence are second to none.
It’s terrible that people are against folks just because of their Polish background. There are many, many reasons not to support Brad Koplinski, but his being Polish is not one of them.
Seven people are coming out at State Committee saying they never endorsed him and actually are supporting other people…I know four of them support Brenda Alton, two of them Mark Smith
I’ve heard that Brad will name people who haven’t actually endorsed him… Maybe the other candidates running should verify he’s not listing false endorsements? Seems like a shady political maneuver, but whatever works I guess
Yes somehow your name ending in “-ski” disqualifies you from public office. smh
Do people hear themselves when they talk?
With Democrats(?) like these people posting, I think Corbett will win re-election. Racism and name calling against members of your own party only makes Corbett stronger. I ask why anybody would want to run for any office when you have to deal with garbage talk like this? You cannot read the days articles without getting a sick feeling in your stomach. Sad state of affairs.
He has no money thats why they call him Bankrupt Brad. Just like like the City of Harrisburg.
Now that Pawlowski dropped out, it seems like Koplinski will have to carry the Polka banner by himself. Eat up the kielbasi cause this liberal Polock is going to get smoked at state comittee and in May.
So how much money does he have?
