Brad Koplinski, Harrisburg City Councilman received the endorsement of twenty state officials today. Among the more prominent members of this group are State Rep. Kevin Schreiber, Tioga County Democratic Chairman Bill Berresford and Berks County Democratic Chairman Tom Herman.
“Brad’s experience and expertise with local government will be an excellent complement to our Party’s gubernatorial nominee,” said Chairman Herman. “Such a duo will help repair the damage that Tom Corbett has done to Pennsylvania. I fully support Brad Koplinski’s candidacy for Lieutenant Governor and I will work to help him win.”
“It is a remarkable thing when people who have been trusted to help lead our Party, recommend my candidacy to their communities,” Koplinski responded. “This is how we build a stronger Democratic Party and a stronger Commonwealth and I am grateful for their support.”
The twenty Democratic officials to back Koplinski came from fifteen different counties. Altogether, Koplinski’s campaign has received the support of 224 state officials from 55 counties throughout the commonwealth.

Brad was integral in making sure this deal was fair to the people of Harrisburg and that the creditors took a haircut. He took on the Corbett Administration to make sure that the State played a part in the solution, when they previously refused to help.
Yeah let’s beat Corbett by running A city councilman from the most distressed city in the country!
Yeah OK!
Koplinski is great at building coalitions. He is a smart guy and not a DINO/Blue Dog. I think he is the favorite.
Brad is a great candidate who will make an exceptional Lt. Governor. I have known him since the Kerry Campaign and he is a proven leader who is not afraid to tackle difficult issues. I am proud to support Brad for Lt. Governor!
