Discusses Mission to Put Americans Back to Work ELVERSON, Pa – One day after he announced his first TV ad, Manan Trivedi, Democratic nominee for Pennsylvania’s 6th Congressional District, is continuing his strong post-Labor Day push by releasing the second ad of his campaign. Trivedi now has two ads on air, and continues to be the only candidate communicating over the airwaves to voters.
The 30-second spot highlights Trivedi’s background as a battalion surgeon in Iraq and a primary care physician in the district. It introduces his comprehensive jobs plan and emphasizes his focus on getting Americans back to work. Trivedi also continues to be the only candidate in the race with a comprehensive jobs plan. The ad, “Serve,” can be viewed here, and the transcript is below. Transcript MT: Whether my name was on my uniform as a battalion surgeon in Iraq, or as a primary care physician at home, I’ve always had a mission to serve my community, and my country. Now I’m running for Congress with a new mission. My plan invests in infrastructure jobs, clean manufacturing jobs, cuts taxes on small businesses, and ends tax breaks for corporations that outsource our jobs to foreign countries. I’m Manan Trivedi and I approve this message, because it’s time we all made putting Americans back to work our number one mission.
