  1. Elizabeth Warren article here noted well her being on the forefront of offering some ways to address the student loan debt crisis. CBS news on April 30th reported (1) 43 million Americans have student debt (2) Average household with student debt owe’s $48,000 (3) 5.2 million borrowers in default. Meanwhile educational costs keep rising. Ohio State is at $27,000 a year and Stanford $74,000 a year. Seth Frotman of the Student Borrower Protection Center said, “student debt crisis is here with no end in sight and absolutely zero plan to tackle this at the federal level.” This issue may very well distinguish Elizabeth Warren in the race for the WH.
