Moulton Seeks Full Term

Geoff MoultonJudge Geoffrey Moulton is looking to win a term in his own right.

The PA Superior Court Judge was appointed by Governor Wolf last year and his seat is up for grabs this November.

“I’ve seen our justice system from every angle and I know it works best when we ensure that every person is treated fairly, regardless of race, income, gender, or zip code,” Moulton stated. “That’s why I’m seeking a full term on the Superior Court. I was honored to be appointed by Governor Wolf and now I want to build on our success and make sure that every person who comes to our court has equal access to justice, and address every case with integrity, honesty, and transparency.”

“In a time of uncertainty in our federal courts, it is important that all Pennsylvanians have confidence in our Commonwealth’s judiciary,” he added. “I will use my experience as a judge, a prosecutor, and a law school professor to ensure that the Superior Court is an institution that makes us proud.”

Moulton is a graduate of Amherst College and Columbia Law School.

There are currently four vacant or soon-to-be open seats on the State Superior Court. Among the eleven non-interim members, the partisan breakdown is seven Republicans and four Democrats.
