1. PA-12: AIPAC Comes After Summer Lee

It is game-on in deep-blue Pittsburgh as the pro-Israel lobby group AIPAC has launched a $627,000 ad buy against Democratic candidate Summer Lee.

After allocating almost $3 million in an attempt to defeat her in the primary, the United Democracy Project – the political action committee for AIPAC – dished out $80,000 in mail ads in addition to its media buy.

According to The Intercept, UDP made the purchase after conducting an independent internal poll that showed Lee up by just four points. (The Intercept)
