Pennsylvania, counties gearing up for 2023 general election

“Off-year election years like the one on Nov. 7 tend to draw a lower voter turnout but Pennsylvania’s Secretary of State Al Schmidt hopes to reverse that trend.

On the ballot are candidates vying to serve on school boards that set property tax rates, in municipal and county offices that make public safety and infrastructure decisions and as local and statewide judges who interpret Pennsylvania laws.

  1. The MAGA majority of SCOTUS is a threat to rights of US citizens. That’s why PA needs to elect another Democrat to PA Supreme Court to protect us. Carlucci is Amy Coney Barrett with an Italian accent. Not in PA’s interest to trust her.

  2. Allegheny County Republican candidate for D.A. Steve Zappala jr has put out a sneaky ad showcasing a respected liberal Democrat. Joe Mistick…favoring his campaign. In fact and as usual Zappala is twisting statements …lying… for his own benefit. On 2nd reading the ad only reflects the difference between Zappala and his Democrat opponent. There was no endorsement just a comment that Zappala used to promote Democrat support.. Joe Mistick is an Honorable man and Zappala has WRONGLY misplaced him as a supporter. Once again we see the truth in his campaign. We can’t trust Steve Zappala
